As our Retail Development Advisor, you will act as the guardian of our retail network data and provide end‑to‑end project management support across all Retail Development initiatives, including the Destination Porsche CI programme, multisensory strategy, new retail formats and workshop capacity planning. Your work will ensure that all projects are delivered on time and in accordance with brand requirements to help Porsche Cars GB (PCGB) deliver exceptional brand representation throughout the Porsche retail network.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the guardian and fact holder for all retail network information including capacity, investments and project timelines to support internal business requirements.
- Liaising with Porsche AG, the brand architects and other nominated suppliers to ensure the optimal project planning for all retail development projects including the collation of Destination Porsche submission packs, the approval process, project milestone tracking and the successful rollout of future retail experience initiatives.
- Coordinating the Porsche Strategy Guidelines (PSG) variable dealer margin programme including the maintenance of the PSG documentation, the dealer appeals process and the quarterly dealer margin payments.
- Coordinating the retail facility standards audit programme to ensure compliance with brand requirements.
- Supporting the development and rollout of new retail concepts and future retail formats.
- Managing the shared access to accurate retail network information within PCGB to support internal decision making.
- Creating dealer and investor summary packs to support dealer and investor reviews.
- Maintaining the accuracy and availability of the dealer network master data at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, ideally within retail, automotive, or property development environments.
- Strong capability in maintaining accurate master data, tracking project status, and managing shared data & information systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated understanding of data protection requirements and corporate governance standards.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, dealer partners, suppliers, and external audit providers.
- Competence in interpreting capacity, investment, and performance data to support decision‑making.
Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with dealer networks, facility standards, or OEM retail programmes.
- Experience supporting rollout of new concepts, formats, or brand experience initiatives.
- Knowledge of dealer margin programmes, investment planning, or commercial agreements.
- Understanding of corporate identity standards, retail design principles, or multisensory brand experience.
