A position has arisen for a Centre Support Manager at Porsche Centre South London. To apply for this role you must have managed a Centre Team in a dealership, hospitality or luxury retail brand before. As the Centre Support Manager, you will oversee the reception team and the Centre’s customer relations, ensuring exceptional service standards across all communication channels. You will manage customer data and coordinate marketing events, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Centre management team, assisting with business decisions to enhance Centre performance. Responsibilities: Ensure the Centre is fully compliant with Porsche Cars GB Strategy Guidelines (PSG), covering facilities, mystery shopper standards, employee training, onboarding, leavers processing, marketing, and social media. Plan and execute local marketing events on and offsite per PSG, managing suppliers and event teams. Monitor daily customer feedback and respond promptly following the complaints procedure. Support and maintain the Centre marketing plan. Lead and motivate the reception team, handling reviews, appraisals, scheduling, and holidays. Drive exceptional customer service through effective reception team management, measured by feedback. Coordinate all Centre social activities within budget. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience within a management role in a franchised automotive dealership or hospitality environment Ability to motivate a team, ensuring that all operational goals and customer service standards are met Experience of event management Capable of addressing operational or customer-related challenges with quick, effective solutions.
