At Porsche Retail Group, the Assistant Retail Business Analyst plays a key role in turning performance data into meaningful insight across our retail network. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone eager to begin a career in motor retail analytics, working with commercial, aftersales, and customer‑focused data to support operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Support insight generation across sales, aftersales, and F&I performance.
- Track core metrics including sales units, gross profit, stock levels, and conversions.
- Help produce dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Highlight emerging patterns, risks, and opportunities in business data.
- Work with senior analysts and managers to understand performance drivers.
- Assist with inventory reviews, ageing analysis, and stock optimisation.
- Support evaluation of enquiry flows, conversions, and customer behaviour.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and target‑tracking activities.
- Maintain accuracy across systems, reports, and data flows.

Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in a business, finance, analytics, or related field OR currently studying toward ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Finance experience - Minimum 2 years working in a finance role.
- Analytical skills - Strong numerical ability and comfort working with performance data.
- Excel proficiency - Formulas, pivot tables, and basic data manipulation.
