Description
The Finance Renewals Specialist plays a key role in retaining customers by providing tailored finance solutions and guiding them seamlessly into their next vehicle or finance agreement.
Working closely with the sales team, they maximise renewal opportunities, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve Centre and Company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer retention by proactively managing finance and lease renewal opportunities.
- Contact customers approaching the end of their finance agreements to discuss next-step options.
- Work closely with the General Sales Manager to deliver finance renewal targets and objectives.
- Partner with Retail Transaction Managers to create competitive and tailored renewal solutions.
- Provide operational support and cover for Retail Transaction Managers when required.
- Advise customers on trade-in, refinancing, lease renewal and vehicle purchase options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Assess customer eligibility, credit profiles and equity positions to recommend suitable finance solutions.
- Present finance products, terms and payment options clearly, professionally and compliantly.
- Ensure all renewal activity, documentation and transactions meet FCA, lender and company compliance requirements.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience within the automotive industry in Finance Renewals performance
- Sound understanding of industry processes
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and mitigation of AML risk in a high value retail environment.
- A track record of performing within a fast paced, customer facing, luxury retail environment.
- Knowledge/ understanding of the motor industry and applicable regulatory environment
- Comfortable at using various CRM platforms, dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft packages.
- Excellent communication skills – face to face, telephone and email/written.

- Highly organised, able to identify gaps and opportunities in business performance

Porsche Centre West London is our largest Centre in the south of England and soon to be the largest aftersales facility for Porsche globally.
Our Centre is divided over 2 locations.
Our main Centre conveniently located on the A4 and just a short walk from the vibrant Chiswick High Road, with free staff parking just a short walk away or Gunnersbury Tube or Chiswick Park Station are within a 15-minute walk.
We have a dedicated satellite after-sales service near Kew, easily accessible from the A4 with onsite parking.
