As a Vehicle Coordinator you will manage the inventory, logistics and preparation of vehicles at the Porsche Centre. Your role is essential in ensuring all new and pre‑owned vehicles are properly tracked, inspected and ready for sale or delivery. You will work closely with the sales, service and other teams to streamline vehicle flow from acquisition to customer handover and uphold Porsche brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming and outgoing vehicles, reconciling with internal records and dealer management systems.
- Coordinate vehicle transport and ensure showroom or delivery‑ready condition.
- Oversee delivery timelines and ensure necessary documentation is processed with third‑party parties.
- Support the sales team by locating, staging and moving vehicles for test drives, customer appointments or deliveries.
- Prioritise sold vehicles for preparation and delivery.
- Organise and maintain vehicle display and parking of the Centre.
- Assist in signage and merchandising of vehicles.
- Handle vehicle transfers between group centres.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications
- Aged over 21 and holding a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems and scheduling/tracking software.
- Good IT skills, including intermediate use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a large franchised automotive dealership.
- Working knowledge of vehicle registration or auction processes.
