At Dick Lovett, our teams who work tirelessly behind the scenes are just as important as those who work in our busy dealerships. That is why in 2019, we renovated the original Farmhouse building located on our Bristol campus to house our Marketing, IT, Corporate, and Bookings teams. The Farmhouse is situated just off the A4018, easily accessible from Junction 17 of the M5 motorway. Located in-between our Aston Martin and BMW Motorrad buildings, the Farmhouse features modern working offices and also has two boardrooms for important meetings and Group training.
Joining our Personnel Team offers an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about supporting the needs of individuals. As a valued member of our Team, you’ll play an important role in delivering personalised service and guidance to employees across Dick Lovett. Whether it's assisting with HR enquiries, managing employee records, or providing support in various personnel-related matters, your dedication to ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees is invaluable.
For me, it is all about the people I work with. Our roles are extremely rewarding but can also be challenging at times, knowing that I work within a team that support and respect each other is extremely important to me.
