Guide customers through vehicle configuration in the showroom and Atelier, delivering a personalised, luxury experience. Manage all documentation, specifications and communications throughout the customer journey. Finalise and load vehicle specifications into Modis, liaising with the factory on special requests. Oversee order calls, ensuring specifications are complete, approved and submitted on time. Produce accurate pricing using the quote generator and maintain up-to-date pricing across systems. Create and manage order forms in Dealerweb, ensuring all supporting documents are complete. Maintain accurate CRM records, load deposits and support DVLA registration and invoicing. Check vehicle consignments on arrival and prepare all documentation for handover. Coordinate Atelier operations, appointments and customer experiences. Support demo/stock vehicle specification and assist marketing with renders, events and brand activity. Act as a key liaison across sales, marketing, administration, Ferrari North Europe and the factory.
