Our MINI dealership in Bristol is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Sales Executive to join our team and grow with us. If you have at least 6-12 months of customer service experience and are looking for a chance to start your career in the automotive industry, this is a brilliant opportunity. We can provide excellent training to develop your skillset as we move towards the future of electric cars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a great customer experience through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins.
  • Develop your knowledge and sales skills of the MINI products and models through brand and group training.
  • Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover.
  • Maintain the high standards of MINI and Dick Lovett Group.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 6-12 months of customer service experience, preferably selling products.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

As one of the largest departments in any of our dealerships, the team is responsible for supplying customers with their dream car or motorbike. Your expertise and genuine enthusiasm will play a crucial role in establishing strong relationships with our customers, inspiring them to remain loyal to our dealerships. I am looking forward to building strong relationships with customers to gain repeat business, and the future progression possible within Dick Lovett.
