Porsche Centre Preston has a rare opportunity for a Parts Advisor to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands, based at their award-winning site on the Docklands.

The Role: The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service. Responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience in a warm and professional manner
  • Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
  • Raise invoices and take payments
  • Stock control
  • Re-order parts

Skills & Experience: Applicants must have proven experience in a similar role, as well as Parts knowledge, together with:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A professional and confident telephone manner
  • Quality awareness
  • Attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, and Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm on a rota basis.
