As a Non-Technical Trainer you will develop, maintain and deliver training programs focused on service processes, product knowledge, customer service, and other Porsche-specific areas to the aftersales non-technical staff at Porsche Centres, ensuring commercial and operational requirements are always considered.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver service process, product, customer service, and brand‑standards training across multiple sites using both face‑to‑face and digital methods.
- Oversee training delegates and ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Work with external training consultants and provide support as needed.
- Contribute to training development, including service updates, product launches, and recognition/retention programmes.
- Provide competency and skills feedback to Porsche Centres, PRIRs, and other relevant third parties.
- Share training expertise and technical information with internal departments.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Porsche service processes, products, and brand standards, completing required training qualifications on time.
- Apply current training and development best practices, ensuring alignment with Porsche Service Core Process Strategies and Service Quality Standards.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and certification data using the Corporate Porsche Academy and other Porsche systems.
- Review and update course content, support training facility operations, and contribute to Centre and individual training plans, including annual training calendar development within budget.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on industry experience in automotive Aftersales operations (e.g., Service advisor, Workshop Controller, parts advisor, warranty Administrator, or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of service processes, customer experience standards, and workshop coordination.
- Familiarity with OEM Aftersales systems, warranty procedures, and centre operating standards.
- Full UK driving license with ability to travel as required.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Level 3 (Award in Education and Training) or Level 4 (Certificate in Education and Training) or equivalent.
- Experience delivering in-person training, coaching, or onboarding to adult learners.
- OEM brand accreditation or Aftersales certification (e.g., Service Advisor accreditation or equivalent).
