Porsche Cars Great Britain (PCGB) has a unique opportunity for a pro-active and highly motivated team player to join the Retail Development and Strategy team as part of the Business Development department.
The Retail Development Executive will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver the best possible brand representation and customer experience in the UK & Ireland through our Porsche Dealer Network.
The successful candidate will need to be well organised and demonstrate high attention to detail to support effective day-today operations within the core function. Strong communication skills are also essential to service and manage the requirements of our dealer network.
The main purpose of the role is to provide overall operational project management and administrative support for the on-going Retail Development projects including the Destination Porsche CI programme, new retail formats, workshop capacity & HV repair requirements and to ensure all projects are delivered on time and in accordance with Porsche requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work with PAG and external suppliers to ensure optimal project planning of Retail Development projects including collation of dealer submission packs, PAG approval, internal sign-offs, milestone monitoring and project info updates in PAG systems.
- Manage the rollout of PAG future retail experience initiatives to Porsche Centres (e.g. Multisensory strategy – scent, sound), Carbon Neutral/Sustainability measures, AV/Digital signage requirements.
- Compile and distribute all network communications for the Retail Development department e.g. new programme launches, changes to brand standards, CI updates and towards Porsche Brand Guardians regarding dealer investment projects.
- Co-ordinating the dealer audit programme(s) with Centre Principals and external suppliers and be the point of contact for Porsche Centres to ensure compliance with facility standards & Porsche CI requirements.
- Act as the Guardian & fact holder for all dealer future capacity requirements, the dealer investment timeline and overall project status tracking.
- Support the creation of Investor Packs and/or Dealer Steckbriefs as required to support Dealer Group or Investor Reviews.
- Co-ordinate the Variable Dealer Margin programme including liaison with internal stakeholders regarding specific PSG measures, PSG documents, dealer appeals process, and quarterly performance margin payments to the dealer network.
- Administration of changes & updates to Dealer Agreements.
- Management of the PPN Platform for Investor & Dealer master data & facility information.
- Maintenance of the department GDPR and Corporate Policy.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and innovative concepts in the retail development and future retail formats
- environment.
- Maintain Retail Development shared file location to ensure all project information & dealer data is saved and readily accessible.
- Administration and maintenance of the Business Partner Check system for all Retail Development business partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree in business relevant subject.
- Strong organisation and administration skills with the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Confident with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Efficient time management with the ability to work under pressure.
- Collaborative team player with previous experience of working effectively within a multi-discipline function.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capability including adaptation to business needs.
- Perceptive and analytical eye for design.
- Previous experience working in a multi-discipline team advantageous.
- Full clean driver\’s licence.
