This role provides essential support to the Regional Marketing Managers and Retail Marketing team. You'll work closely with our Porsche Centre Marketing Services agency (PCMS) and the Porsche Cars GB teams to deliver standout retail marketing across the network, helping to shape integrated campaigns that elevate the Porsche experience. You'll lead key projects, uphold brand excellence, collaborate with partner agencies, and ensure every Porsche Centre receives the guidance they need for effective local marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear, data‑driven insights to boost Centre performance
  • Drive operational excellence across PCMS processes
  • Ensure all communications meet legal, compliance and best‑practice standards
  • Lead digital initiatives and Centre website development
  • Align Centre activity with national strategy for full visibility
  • Support major network projects and high‑profile model launches
  • Strengthen Centre communications and uphold brand standards
  • Partner with PCMS on Centre queries and marketing toolkits
  • Act as a Porsche Brand Guardian across all Centre activity
  • Oversee marketing systems and digital platforms for compliant, seamless operations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a marketing position
  • Comprehensive knowledge across Digital, Social Media, CRM, Events and Advertising
  • Automotive retail marketing experience, ideally covering new car, used car and aftersales activity
  • Competence with Content Management System platforms and GA4 reporting

Desirable Qualifications

  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools, process mapping software (BIC) and SAP finance administration
  • Experience supporting or collaborating with a Retailer Network
  • Strong agency management capabilities
