Tasks:
- Develop and review the Porsche Asia Pacific ("PAP") HR strategy in alignment with the global HR strategy, market-specific requirements and potentials, as well as the Volkswagen group HR approach to Asia Pacific.
- Drive HR transformation initiatives leveraging digitalisation, reviewing and coordinating the implementation of internal enhancement along the employee life cycle.
- Manage employee compensation, disciplinary matters, talent and performance management, and recognition.
- Identify, evaluate, and foster best practice sharing and cross-functional synergies at PAP in conjunction with headquarters, as well as other subsidiaries to enhance employee experience.
- Manage HR compliance and integrity, ensure clear communication and equitable application of policies and procedures in accordance with Group standards.
- Facilitate and develop an understanding and application of modern leadership and support effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication Studies, Psychology (or similar).
- Minimum 8 years relevant HR experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Selection, Training and Organisational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance.
- Good knowledge of the specifics of employment law.
- Proven professional experience in project management, multi-stakeholder relationship management and implementation of staff engagement initiatives.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Preferably previous professional experience in a multi-cultural environment.
