Porchlight is seeking an experienced homelessness practitioner to join our team and lead on quality-focused support. You will work with clients in supported accommodation and in the community to secure suitable housing, provide ongoing guidance, and help build independence and life skills.
You will also help develop the Porchlight team alongside the service manager, ensuring quality standards are applied consistently and a culture of continuous improvement is fostered.
