This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 9 days at 17:00 BST.
We are looking for a positive, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team. You will provide support and guidance to Porchlight’s workforce in all aspects of human resources to ensure that Porchlight’s workforce continues to make a difference to people’s lives. This will involve coaching and advising line managers and employees on a range of employment practices, policies and terms and conditions. These will include recruiting and selecting staff, managing employee relations cases including grievances and disciplinary procedures, overseeing staff learning and development, and managing our HR software. You will also work with the team to develop new ways that make Porchlight a positive place to work and get involved in specific projects as they arise.

- CIPD qualification or experience working within a HR team providing advice, support, and guidance.
