We are looking for a positive, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team. This is a newly created role to support the delivery of the HR Strategy and HR workplan through leading and delivering on HR projects and initiatives. With oversight from the Head of HR, you will be responsible for all parts of assigned projects from creating a project plan to implementation and review.
You will be expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders ensuring a high level of engagement and input. The postholder will also be expected to oversee employee relations and change management processes during periods of high workload or during the absence of the HR Advisor, so experience of these processes is required.
This role requires:
- CIPD qualification or experience working within an HR team providing advice, support and guidance.
- Experience of managing HR projects within an HR team.
- Excellent communication and people skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of managing employee relations and change management processes.
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
