Rattaché à Christian, Responsable Maintenance, vous intégrerez le site de SAINT-JULIEN-EN-SAINT-ALBAN en Ardèche. A mi-chemin entre Valence et Montélimar, vous travaillerez dans un cadre agréable, à côté d’un parc verdoyant, idéal pour les déjeuners lors des beaux jours, et à seulement 1H30 des pistes de ski et des plages ensoleillées.
PMG ARDECHE, filiale du Groupe PORCHER INDUSTRIES, est spécialisée dans la fabrication de textiles techniques et industriels. L'alliance du textile et de la chimie est le cœur de notre savoir-faire, là où nait la magie de nouveaux matériaux, de nouvelles fonctionnalités et de nouveaux procédés.
PME de 120 salariés, PMG ARDECHE fabrique du fil technique destiné au renfort d’applications caoutchouc. Majoritairement orientée vers le secteur automobile (90 % de l'activité), notre fil est notamment intégré dans les courroies, les durites, les joints de portière et les ressorts pneumatiques.
En intégrant le service maintenance du site, vous aurez pour mission d'effectuer la maintenance préventive et curative de toutes les machines de production. Pour cela, vous serez amené, entre autres, à:
- Contrôler, surveiller et entretenir régulièrement les équipements selon le programme défini (entretien préventif)
- Diagnostiquer l'origine d'une panne, remplacer les éléments défectueux et réaliser les réglages
- Contrôler le fonctionnement après l'intervention
- Déclencher la remise en service de l'installation
- Identifier des solutions pour optimiser la sécurité et la performance des matériels (veille) et les mettre en œuvre après validation du responsable dans une démarche d'amélioration continue
- Actualiser les dossiers machines (schémas, plans, programme ...)
- Surveiller le niveau de stock des pièces détachées et déclencher les commandes en fonction des seuils définis
- Utiliser quotidiennement la GMAO
Vous disposez idéalement d’un BAC +2 en Maintenance des Systèmes de production ou d’un CQPI Technicien en Maintenance Industrielle et possédez au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine industriel (expérience professionnelle, stage ou alternance). Vous maîtrisez les domaines de l’électrotechnique, et avez de possibles connaissances en automatisme.
Le poste inclut des astreintes le week-end, en principe une fois toutes les 5 à 6 semaines, selon un calendrier prévisionnel établi sur 6 mois et réparti entre l’ensemble de l’équipe.
