PORCELANOSA is seeking a part-time Desktop and IT support specialist to provide first-line helpdesk across 23 UK locations. You will handle hardware and software issues, installations, account provisioning, and on-site/off-site support in a Windows environment.
Responsibilities include desktop support, software installs (Wareflow, SAP, MS Office), AD/DNS/DHCP, backups, networking and telephony administration, and liaison with suppliers. 30 hours weekly, 8am-2pm or 9am-3pm.
