Responsibilities Operate an efficient and profitable showroom by achieving and maintaining corporate operating procedures, policies, and standards. Assist with identifying and setting individual and team targets supporting the overall sales objectives of the Area and Regions. Maintain the showroom layout, merchandising, and overall appearance to display products to their fullest potential while preserving the Company’s heritage, style, and cultural inspiration. Ensure the showroom is adequately staffed to meet expected service levels and that customers and visitors are greeted promptly. Maintain staff knowledge through training to keep the team fully informed about current products and sales literature. Stay informed on immediate and national market trends influencing store merchandising and operations. Manage staff discipline and standards in accordance with company policies. Protect the company’s assets from shoplifters and fraud, taking appropriate action when necessary. Personal Attributes Proven ability to develop and manage staff. Ability to set and achieve team goals and objectives. Smart personal appearance. Effective communicator with strong leadership and influencing skills. Experience in face-to-face customer sales or relevant traits to fulfill this role. Benefits Hours: 5 in 7 day rota basis.
