Job Outline: Working as part of the Manchester showroom team you will be responsible for actively approaching clients and assisting them, identifying requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions from our products range to meet their requirements and aspirations.
Responsibilities:
- Personally greet clients upon entry to the showroom.
- Recommend suitable product ranges to the client as per their specification (dimensions; budget).
- Provide clients with detailed and accurate quotations to agreed time scales.
- Answer telephone queries and deal with client questions.
- Following the agreed sales process and maintaining commercial focus.
- Deliver store sales in line with targets.
- Actively sell and promote the company’s products at all times.
- Excel at delivering and growing the brand in the store’s local market.
