Join PORCELANOSA, a global leader in innovative architectural service and products and OSM off-site solutions, as we are expanding our international team based in London. Working as part of the London OSM Hub team, you will be responsible for managing Tenders and leading the BMT team to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce project-specific detailed logistic plans to assist BID team to draft feasibility studies in order to propose logistic solutions or overcome specific challenges or for new tenders.
- Be front line with Clients in accordance with the Company Strategy and Senior management directions.
- Ensure project documents are complete, appropriately filed and sorted on the company’s servers and clients’ software; standardizes company’s documents and deliverables.
- Ensure formats and quality of deliverables are maintained up to the standards set up by the company.
- Oversee on-site activities on all projects to monitor compliance with Scopes; monitors site progresses against contractual deadlines and flag risks for the company and priorities for the CMs to action in conjunction.
- Attend recurrent site coordination meetings with client’s project managers/project director.
- Provide support to the CM team prompting project-related PM tasks and providing support to the CMs when assignments/inputs.
- Liaise with UK Subcontractors and CMs to organize trades on site.
- Assist QS in drafting/reviewing contracts for subcontractors or main contractors.
- Assessment of best lifting methodology, pinch point analysis, height analysis check, define Pod installation sequence.
- Liaise with supply chain production team and UK logistic supplier to assess Pod movement possibilities in relation to Pod’s structure.
- Visit all sites regularly to monitor site teams performances and H&S site folders.
- Ensure H&S deliverables are completed by site managers in line with industry standards.
- Review critical items/activities related to on-site works with H&S consultant to define mitigation or preventive measures.
- Chairs monthly one-to-one interview with Teams to identify achievements, issues and priorities for the next month.
- Develops and assesses on a monthly basis the key performance indicators matrix to determine CM’s capabilities and progresses.
- Project management experience in London (or a similar market) is an essential requirement.
- Fluent in English and Spanish language, both written and oral.
- Strong sales and client engagement skills.
- 3D and Revit knowledge is desirable.
