Responsibilities
- Provide first line support for hardware and software issues in a Windows environment.
- Offer desktop support via phone, e‑mail, and face‑to‑face interactions.
- Install company software such as Wareflow, SAP, MS Office, and design software.
- Set up new users and new PCs.
- Administer Microsoft Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Manage backup administration.
- Administer SAP – unlock accounts, request new accounts, and log calls on the Head Office helpdesk.
- Repair or replace PC hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, tablets, and printers.
- Coordinate with external third‑party suppliers for systems such as CCTV and e‑mail.
- Collaborate with internal departments regarding CRM, SAP, Wareflow, and design software.
- Handle telephony administration.
- Set up company mobiles, handheld devices, and tablets.
- Administer the network infrastructure, firewalls, and internet connections.
- Serve as the first point of contact for antivirus, iPads, and video conference systems.

Work Hours and Schedule
