Responsibilities
- Provide first line support for hardware and software issues in a Windows environment
- Offer desktop support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Install company software such as Wareflow, SAP, MS Office, and design software
- Set up new users and new PCs
- Administer MS Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Manage backup administration
- Administer SAP, including unlocking and requesting new accounts and logging calls on the Head Office helpdesk
- Repair or replace PC hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, tablets, and printers
- Coordinate with external third-party suppliers for systems like CCTV and email
- Collaborate with internal departments regarding CRM, SAP, Wareflow, and design software
- Handle telephony administration
- Set up company mobiles, handheld devices, and tablets
- Administer the network infrastructure, firewalls, and internet connections
- Serve as the first point of contact for antivirus, iPads, and video conference systems
