Job Outline
The successful applicant will join the Watford Trade team at Porcelanosa. The primary responsibility is to generate new business continuously and manage key accounts daily. The base location will be the Watford Head Office, with expected coverage of surrounding areas.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Update and inform the customer base about enquiry points, contact names, and operational methods to meet their requirements.
- Familiarize with all personnel within the client’s business and promote the Porcelanosa brand and image.
- Be fully knowledgeable about the product range and technical specifications to provide suitable procurement solutions.
- Maintain regular contact with local developers, interior designers, and architects, providing updated specifications and price lists.
- Encourage existing and prospective customers to choose Porcelanosa products over competitors based on quality, solutions, and service.
- Introduce new products and services aligned with current business strategies.
- Coordinate with company staff to ensure customer expectations and service levels are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, including product ranges, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Maintain accurate reporting of all business activities and ensure timely communication.
- Aim to achieve and exceed set sales targets monthly and annually.
