We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our business by building strong partnerships with interior designers and design firms. The role focuses on lead generation, specification selling, and long-term collaboration with the design community to drive revenue and brand presence.

Key skills and responsibilities of the job:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard interior designers and design studios
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with interior designers for repeat business
  • Promote company products/services for project specification and approvals
  • Conduct product presentations, meetings, and design consultations
  • Track ongoing projects from design stage to order closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (design/build industry preferred)
  • Strong network or experience working with interior designers is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-oriented
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
