We are seeking a full‑time Specialty Doctor to become an integral part of our experienced Paediatric Medical Team, providing a wide range of Paediatric services. The postholder will be expected to have broad experience in all aspects of paediatrics and will support the consultant body in inpatient and outpatient areas, manage medical staffing, authorise holiday leave, contribute to audit and research, and uphold clinical governance.

Responsibilities
- Professional supervision and management of junior medical staff alongside Consultants and Senior colleagues.
- Teaching, examination and accreditation duties for junior medical staff.
- Active participation in the management of the Division and the development of new ways of working in line with modernisation principles.
- Ensure optimal use of departmental staffing and resources for maximum efficiency.
- Observe Trust‑s agreed policies and procedures, and follow the Standing Orders and Financial Instructions.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Specialty Doctor.
- Current UK professional registration.
