We are looking to appoint a Clinic Management Coordinator within the Patient Access Services. The role involves undertaking various administrative duties related to patients’ attendance to the Trust as outlined in the Patient Access Policy OP39. Staff will be expected to perform duties across the service, demonstrate initiative in organising workload, make decisions within limits, maintain patient confidentiality, and provide operational supervisory support as part of the team.

Essential Qualifications

- Computer skills to operate and update IT software packages, including the Trust’s unique database.
- Basic computer packages (Word, Excel).
