Location: Hybrid, with 4 days in the Nuneaton (Warwickshire) office

Salary: Full time £32,000 - £38,000 DOE (part time available, pro rata). There’s some flexibility here for the perfect candidate.

Co-founded by Greg and Cherish Reardon, Popsy’s ambition is to create easy to wear, comfortable, inclusive clothing that fits and flatters real women, bringing colour and confidence to everyday fashion. Popsy are now looking for an ecommerce marketing manager to join the team and to support the brand’s exciting next phase of growth.

Position Summary

As the brand’s Marketing Manager, you’ll bring ideas, creativity, ecommerce experience and enthusiasm for the challenge ahead. Working alongside the internal team; co-founders, Merchandise and Product, as well as a marketing agency, you’ll be joining at a key stage as Popsy looks to evolve its go-to-market strategy and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the go-to-market strategy: Deliver the plan across a variety of existing paid, earned and owned channels, as well as supporting the adoption of new marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Agency management: Lead and support the agency partner ensuring a close working relationship exists, deliver shared objectives, and ensure seamless coordinated and integrated activity with the brand’s earned and owned marketing channels.
  • Analytics & reporting: Generate monthly reporting that translates marketing channel performance into clear, strategic insight.
  • Ownership of earned and owned media channels: Lead CRM activities, manage email and SMS marketing, and support social media activities.
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with senior management to bring a pro-active approach and clear visibility of planned marketing activities.
  • Marketing coordination: Support in the delivery of an integrated approach to the brand’s marketing function.
  • Operational Support: Provide ad-hoc support for Popsy’s sales, marketing, operations and merchandising initiatives.

Required experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar eCommerce marketing role, ideally within an exclusively digital retail and/or fashion business.
  • Proven track record managing marketing campaigns, with knowledge of OmniSend, Shopify and GA4.
  • Depth of experience in customer segmentation and owned media channel execution.
  • A clear record of both tactical and strategic marketing responsibility.
  • Experience of working with and alongside integrated marketing agencies.
