Right now is one of the most exciting moments to join Popsa. Deloitte named us one of the UK’s fastest-growing technology companies, and the Financial Times recognised Popsa among the Top 5 fastest-growing software companies in Europe. We’re backed by world-class investors, and the world is noticing. Our iOS and Android apps are available in 12 languages, trusted by more than 13 million people who have created over 5 million photobooks shipped to 50+ countries. With more than 350,000 five-star reviews, we’re one of the highest-rated consumer apps anywhere.

But the real story isn’t the numbers and it’s the memories behind them. We’re living in a time where we capture more photos than ever before. Billions of moments sitting unseen in camera rolls and clouds, mixed with screenshots, receipts, or where we parked the car. We are great at documenting life… but not so great at preserving the meaning in it. Popsa is changing that.

Since launching in 2016, we’ve built an award-winning platform that removes every barrier to transforming your favourite memories into something beautifully tangible. No design skills. No time-sink. Just the joy of holding real stories in your hands. A celebration of the people and moments that make life worth living.

The mission for the role: The Video Editor will play a pivotal role in producing high-performing, conversion-driving video content for Popsa’s paid social channels, primarily Meta and TikTok. You’ll work closely with the Video and Creative teams to review, edit and deliver highly optimised advertising assets, supporting everything from localisation workflows to rapid creative iteration and AI-driven scaling.

You will become a key guardian of Popsa’s brand style, ensuring every video, across every language and platform feels distinctively “Popsa”. From script review to storyboard development to cross-functional collaboration, you’ll help expand our creative output and strengthen our paid social performance, especially during peak commercial periods such as Gifting and Black Friday.

This role is ideal for someone deeply passionate about short-form, performance-led creative, someone who understands how to build thumb-stopping, data-informed videos engineered for acquisition. We are looking for someone who will bring their ideas and also dig into data and make educated decisions.

What success looks like in the first six months:

  • Delivered top performing acquisition content across Meta, TikTok and other performance channels using in-house and creator-led production.
  • Owned and scaled creator-driven acquisition content rollout, improving quality, volume and efficiency.
  • Successfully supported peak content pipelines, including Summer campaigns.
  • Expanded TikTok acquisition output, producing platform-native creative that materially improves ad performance.
  • Utilised AI to accelerate creative versioning, localisation, VO and editing workflows, increasing production speed and scale.
  • Ideated concepts and deliver new visual openers.

What you bring to the team:

  • Strong experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Creative Cloud.
  • Clear communication skills and a highly collaborative approach.
  • An innovative mindset and comfort ideating as well as executing.
  • A performance-driven, customer-centric mindset—understanding how social audiences behave and how to influence them.
  • A strong interest in how videos perform and how creative decisions impact results.
  • A deep understanding of paid social content formats, especially for Meta and TikTok.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies or managing external creative partners.

Nice to have:

  • Experience using Figma.
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
  • Colour-grading experience (DaVinci or equivalent).
  • Experience with CapCut or other mobile-first editing tools.
  • European languages (French or German ideal), reflecting our global customer base.

Your responsibilities:

  • Produce and execute high-impact, social-first video content with a focus on driving new customer growth.
  • Edit and optimise content specifically for paid acquisition, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and Google channels.
  • Review and edit Creator assets with the Video Lead, turning raw UGC into compelling, conversion-optimised ads.
  • Edit and export multi-language versions of adverts, ensuring accuracy, consistency and scale.
  • Leveraging AI tools, specifically for VO and where appropriate for content creation.
  • Support light photo/video retouching, content shooting or basic 3D tasks when required.
  • Identify and use efficient AI and automation workflows to speed up editing, versioning and localisation processes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI and creative tools that can improve output quality and volume.
  • Translate creative briefs, scripts and storyboards into social-first, conversion-focused video concepts.
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, copywriters and marketers to bring ad concepts to life.
  • Create animations and motion graphics that enhance paid social performance.
  • Bring fresh commercial ideas that help sell Popsa’s products across Performance (Meta, TikTok, Google), Retention and Product channels.
  • Help define Popsa’s motion and audio design practices, establishing best-in-class standards with the design team.
  • Produce polished motion graphics and videos for acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously across the full creative lifecycle—from brief to concept to final export.
  • Uphold strong brand consistency across all assets.
