POPS is recruiting to staff the visit centre at HMP Dovegate, the role focuses on welcoming and supporting visitors, providing information, practical advice and emotional support to prisoners' families during visits.
The position is permanent and centred around compassionate, professional family support.
You will help maintain positive relationships, assist children and families, and support resettlement planning as needed, reporting to the Family Service Manager.
The salary is £12.71 per hour.
