A UHNW family based in Mayfair, London, is seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Private Family PA to support two Principals across their personal, household and lifestyle affairs. This is a dynamic and varied role requiring a highly capable support professional who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities and oversee day-to-day operations with discretion and efficiency.
Based full-time from the Principal’s Mayfair office, the role will support the family’s London residence, overseas properties and extensive travel requirements. The position has been created due to the continued growth of both the family’s business and personal commitments. Working alongside an existing part-time Executive Assistant who focuses primarily on business matters, the successful candidate will take ownership of family-side responsibilities whilst remaining flexible enough to assist with business-related matters if required.
Candidates should be highly organised, detail-oriented and naturally anticipatory, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion. Strong IT skills are essential, including advanced Excel proficiency, whilst experience using AI productivity tools would be highly advantageous.
The role is office-based Monday to Friday; however, flexibility to remain contactable and responsive outside standard office hours, including evenings, weekends and occasional travel, is essential. Suitable applicants will have previous experience supporting UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices or private households in a similar Private PA, Executive Assistant or Family Assistant capacity. Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication skills and a polished, professional manner are essential.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary, calendar and lifestyle management for both Principals
- International travel coordination, including private aviation
- Household finances, bill payments and administration
- Liaising with household staff, accountants, suppliers and external service providers
- Oversight of UK and international properties, including maintenance projects and contractors
- Supporting relocations, school applications and children’s schedules
- Managing insurance renewals, household compliance and procurement
- Coordinating personal projects and ad hoc requests
- Occasional travel with the family when required
- Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of both Principals
