LIVE-IN HOUSEKEEPER - HAMPSTEAD, LONDON, £45,000-£55,000

Role: Live-in Housekeeper Days: Monday-Friday (plus half-day Saturday when Clients are in residence) Hours: 9/10 hours per day Location: Hampstead, North London Salary: £45,000-£55,000 Contract: Permanent Start: ASAP/Flexible A lovely and appreciative HNW Couple professional are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented Live-in Housekeeper, for their elegant residence in Hampstead The property is a spacious, five-storey home requiring someone active, highly-organized and self-managing. This is a semi-formal household with high standards, and the successful candidate will need to have a meticulous approach to housekeeping and manage a range of domestic tasks with discretion and professionalism The household includes two small beloved dogs who are treated as part of the family, so a housekeeper who adores dogs and is happy with some sole charge, is essential Key housekeeping responsibilities include laundry & ironing, high-level cleaning (ensuring that all living areas remain tidy, organized, and welcoming), maintaining dressing rooms, wardrobe management, and packing/unpacking for travel. Other duties include laying and setting the breakfast table and very simple healthy meal preparation, such as boiling eggs or preparing a salad! The Clients travel extensively (up to 4 months of the year typically). The are usually away for a month during the Summer and at Christmas, during which time the housekeeper will have their annual leave. At other times the Housekeeper may expected to be a key-holder and keen an eye on the dogs When they are in-residence the Couple require a Housekeeper who can offer 5.5 days per week (Monday to Friday, plus Saturday morning), with typical hours being 7:30am to 7:30pm (with a 2 hour break). You will also be assisted by a part-time cleaner who visits the household a few times a week A really lovely private accommodation of private spacious bedroom with en-suite, and kitchenette within the household is offered To apply for this role you must; * Be eligible to work in the UK * Have a valid passport * Be fluent in the English Language * Have a valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one * Have excellent contactable references * Have 3-5+ years’ experience working as a Housekeeper within a private household
