Senior Private PA – UHNW Family Kensington, London | £80,000–£110,000 DOE

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Private PA to support a high-profile UHNW Principal and her family from their London residence.

This is a highly trusted, hands-on role for an experienced Private PA who can act as a true right hand, managing an exceptionally busy private diary and ensuring the Principal's personal and family life runs seamlessly.

The household is fully staffed, so this is not a House Manager role. The focus is firmly on the Principal and her family.

Responsibilities

• Full management of a complex and constantly changing private diary.
• Family and children's schedules, appointments, activities and school commitments.
• Complex international travel, including private aviation, hotels, villas and detailed itineraries.
• Extensive gifting, personal shopping and luxury sourcing.
• Restaurants, events, beauty, wellness and lifestyle appointments.
• Private events, birthdays and family celebrations.
• Personal correspondence, expenses and confidential administration.
• Liaising with household staff, security, drivers, advisers and external suppliers.
• Anticipating requirements and resolving issues before they reach the Principal.

The Candidate

You will have significant experience supporting an UHNW individual, high-profile family or celebrity Principal, ideally within a busy family environment.

You will be polished, exceptionally discreet, emotionally intelligent and highly organised, with excellent judgement and an ability to remain calm when plans change at short notice.

Experience with children, multiple residences, luxury travel, gifting and high-profile private households is particularly desirable.

This is a role for someone who understands that exceptional Private PA support is about anticipation, discretion and making a Principal's life run effortlessly.
