A UHNW family based in Holland Park are seeking an experienced Weekend Private Chef to support their household on an ongoing basis. Working each Saturday and Sunday, the Chef will be responsible for preparing lunch, dinner and light snacks for a busy family environment, including children.
The role will involve taking a clear handover from the weekday Chef and working closely with an established household team to ensure seamless continuity of service. This is a hands-on role within a fully staffed home, requiring a flexible and collaborative approach. The successful candidate will be confident working within a team, intuitive to the needs of the Principals, and adaptable to last-minute changes in schedule or requirements.
The family enjoy fresh, healthy and flavourful cuisine, with a preference for a variety of styles including British, Mediterranean and Globally-inspired dishes. The Chef should be confident catering to specific dietary preferences, while also creating engaging, well-balanced meals for children. Occasional informal entertaining is expected, with the ability to elevate presentation when required.
This is a permanent ongoing weekend role, and candidates should have proven experience within private households, and a consistent track record of delivering high standards with a calm, organised and discreet approach.
