Role: Spanish speaking Rota Nanny

A wonderful family are looking for a Spanish-speaking rota nanny to join their household and care for their bright and curious three-year-old son. This is a role for someone who loves travel, enjoys working as part of a household team, and can create a nurturing, structured, and fun environment wherever in the world they may be.

The family travel frequently across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, and would like a nanny who is confident managing long journeys, adapting to new environments, and helping their little boy stay settled and happy wherever he goes. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for everything from morning and bedtime routines to planning creative activities, supporting early learning with phonics and numbers, arranging playdates, and keeping him engaged with stimulating experiences at home and abroad.

They’re looking for a nanny who brings warmth, energy, and creativity, but who also understands the importance of routine, consistency, and discretion in a busy household. The family value teamwork and you’ll be joining a well-established, supportive staff environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with young children, ideally ten years or more, with some time spent in UHNW households. A Spanish speaker is essential, and fluent English is also required. Strong knowledge of early years development, confidence in solo charge, and a proactive, flexible attitude will be key.
