We are seeking an experienced, professional Rota Nanny with a genuine passion for working with babies, particularly twins for a wonderful two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off position. You will be joining a warm and welcoming UHNW family in Holland Park, West London, within a fully staffed household.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the twins are cared for to the highest standard both emotionally and physically whilst following a healthy, balanced, and age-appropriate routine. You will manage their daily care including feeding, changing, bathing, and supporting the development of consistent sleep patterns. The successful candidate will work closely with the other rota nanny to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach.

You will be expected to plan and deliver age-appropriate developmental activities to support the twins’ growth and learning, alongside handling all nursery duties and maintaining a clean and organised environment. The boys currently enjoy walks to the park, swimming and age appropriate activities at home as part of their daily routine.

The household is fully staffed, including housekeepers and a chef. This position would suit a nanny with a proven track record of caring for young babies, particularly twins, or a maternity nurse transitioning back into nannying who is experienced in working within a HNW staffed household. Applicants with professional rota nanny experience will be prioritised. The ability to travel with the family during the summer and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability is essential.

The family highly values a nanny who is warm, nurturing, proactive, discreet and professional. You will work collaboratively and support both parents and children within a team-oriented household. A history of long-term placements, previous rota experience, and glowing references are essential.

They are looking to interview as soon as possible, with an ideal start date in the coming weeks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, nurturing nanny who thrives in a sole-charge role and is passionate about supporting families through early parenthood.
