Responsibilities
For a private family based in Notting Hill, we are looking for a lovely Family Assistant to join the team in a Private PA role to support the Senior Private PA who has worked for the family for years. The duties in the role are very varied – diary management, booking meetings and appointments, researching travel pieces and overseeing the admin for the family’s car fleet. There will also be household maintenance to book and overseeing contractors, assisting with pet care to booking and carrying out vet visits and the day to day administration from filing to running errands and personal shopping. The family has two young teenagers and the PA will be ‘child friendly’ to occasionally help with bits and bobs for them from taking them to and from activities for example.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a PA in a Family Office or UHNW Household
- Valid passport
- Clean driving licence and be confident to drive in London for errands
- Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Excellent contactable references
