A high-profile international client relocating to Chelsea is seeking an exceptional Part-time Housekeeper to support the day-to-day upkeep of a new private residence. This is a unique opportunity for a very detail-oriented and professional Housekeeper who is confident working independently.
The successful candidate will report to the client’s London representative and will not have direct interaction with the Principal. The role will focus on maintaining the property to an immaculate, top-tier standard. The client has exceptionally high expectations, requiring meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of housekeeping, including fine surface care, laundry and garment handling, and maintaining a consistently pristine environment throughout.
The primary residence is a three-bedroom property in Chelsea. The role will also involve occasional time spent at a nearby secondary property, which houses a dog and caretaker, requiring light housekeeping duties and a dog-friendly approach.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 12pm–5pm, aligned with the Principal’s schedule. No weekend work is required under normal circumstances. During periods when the Principal is travelling, the Housekeeper will continue working the full 25 hours per week at the main residence.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within UHNW or high-profile households, with a strong track record of working to exacting standards. You will be highly organised, discreet, self-motivated and able to work autonomously. A polished, hygienic and professional presentation is essential, along with the ability to operate in a structured and non-intrusive manner.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a non-client-facing role, demonstrate flexibility across two nearby properties, and be confident maintaining exceptional standards without supervision.
To apply for this role you must:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have excellent contactable references, and DBS
- Have proven experience as a Housekeeper within private households
- Be comfortable working independently and to extremely high standards
