We are seeking a discreet and experienced Housekeeper for a London-based Family, for their semi-formal Holland Park household, and to travel with them internationally over Summer 2025
This role will initially be contracted on a temporary basis (from July-September 2025), however with a distinct possibility of becoming permanent
The Family are permanently based in London, and the candidate should be active and capable of overseeing a large Kensington property. Candidates will be confident working independently and within a small team while being highly communicative and cooperative. Strong attention to detail, and the hands-on ability to maintain luxury housekeeping standards are required. Children are cared for by dedicated Nannies so there is no childcare responsibility in this role.
The Principals value professionalism, discretion, and a calm, can-do attitude. The successful candidate will work alongside an established daily Live-in Housekeeper and report directly to the Principals and their Personal Assistant. This is an exceptional opportunity for a top-tier housekeeper who is looking for a temp role that may convert into a long-term, stable role in a prestigious home
The role requires:
• Ability to travel internationally with British/or EU passport
• High-level housekeeping of a large, beautifully maintained residence.
• Care and maintenance of fine furniture, finishes, and delicate surfaces.
• Laundry and wardrobe management, including handling fine garments and travel preparations.
• Simple, healthy mediterranean cooking as needed (occasional Chef cover)
• Liaison with household contractors.
• Placing household orders and basic use of IT for inventory and communication.
• Light household management duties in addition to being hands-on, including reporting any issues
