We are looking for a Housekeeper/Cleaner for a full-time role in Southampton.
You will be working for one principal and her son within their residence for one day per week, then overseeing 6 rental properties which are all 2/3 bedroom. A candidate who is pet friendly is required as the family have dogs.
The ideal candidate will preferably have previous experience in private households and Airbnb, hotels, or short-term rentals, and be able to work independently and manage their time effectively to meet check-in/check-out times.
A driving license is required for this role and a car can be provided.

Duties and responsibilities;
- Clean and sanitize all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Change and launder bed linens, towels, and other household fabrics
- Replenish toiletries, cleaning supplies, and welcome items
- Check for damage or missing items and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure all appliances and lights are in working order
- Stage and present the property according to the host’s setup or checklist (e.g. arranging cushions, towels, décor)
- Take before/after photos (if required) for quality control
- Follow health and safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning products
To be considered for this role you must;
- Have 3-5+ years of experience working as a Housekeeper/Cleaner
- Hold the rights to work within the UK
- Have excellent contactable references
- Hold a valid driving license
- Possess (/ be willing to get) an up to date DBS certificate
