Days/Hours: Rota basis – either one month on / one month off or two weeks on / two weeks off (open to discussion).
Location: London (Chelsea) with extensive international travel.
Start date: June – 2026 (with handover alongside Maternity Nurses until May).
We are recruiting for two Rota Nannies to care for one baby, who by the proposed start date in June will be approximately 7 months old. This is a long-term, fully focused childcare role within a high-profile, fully staffed household.
The rota pattern is flexible at this stage, with the family open to either a one month on / one month off or two weeks on / two weeks off schedule. Due to frequent international travel, particularly to the USA, a longer rota may ultimately be preferable, though this can be discussed with suitable candidates.
The family currently has Maternity Nurses in place until May and would ideally like a period of overlap and handover to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care for the baby. The role will then sit entirely with the rota nannies.
The position is based between the family’s properties, with their London home located in Chelsea. The role involves extensive travel, including regular time spent in Los Angeles, France, Switzerland and the UK. All properties are fully staffed.
The focus of the role will be exclusively on the care and development of the baby. Responsibilities will include all baby-related duties such as routines, developmental support and maintaining an organised nursery and baby areas. There are Chefs and Housekeepers employed, so no cooking or general housekeeping will be required.
Previous experience in rota positions, confidence with babies and comfort with frequent travel are essential. French-speaking candidates would be a significant advantage, though this is not a requirement.
