Role: Receptionist/PADays: Monday – FridayHours: 9.00am – 5.00pm (with the occasional flexibility)Location: Mayfair, London (working from the office 5 days per week)Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 GPAStart: ASAPWe are recruiting for a Receptionist / PA to support the CEO and a small team in a Private Family Office based in Mayfair.Approximately 80% of this role is ‘front of office’ as a receptionist, being the first port of call for all guests and visitors, always acting an ambassador for the company. This will involve everything from meeting and greeting guests, preparing meeting rooms, arranging weekly orders and binding presentations to getting lunch for the team.The remainder of the role will be to support and take direction from the CEO’s PA in her duties from arranging travel, hotels, flights and roadshow logistics, diary and meeting management ensuring no clashes, to processing expenses and booking restaurants.The role rarely requires attention outside of working hours, but they are looking for a candidate with a very ‘happy to help’ attitude when such support is required even at the weekends. The role can be very fast paced and busy but there are other times when it has a slower pace and so the PA must be someone who is proactive in their approach and will use their initiative to support in the office where needed.Interviewing now for an ASAP start.To be considered for this role you must;Be fluent in English Language with excellent communication skillsBe eligible to work within the UKHave excellent contactable referencesHave a minimum of 5 years working as a Receptionist/Private PA with proven longevity in your roles
