Role: Private Personal Assistant

Hours: 8.30am – 6.30pm (with some flexibility outside normal working hours)

Salary: £100,000-£120,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Private Personal Assistant to support an UHNW family in Kensington. The family have a formal, fully staff household and so most importantly, so this role requires a candidate who has proven experience in managing multiple members of staff. You will work alongside a Chief of Staff to ensure the team are up-to-date with the family’s movements. So, a team player is essential.

The family travels extensively internationally and so you’ll be organising private and commercial travel from flights, VIP arrivals, on the ground transport, itineraries, reservations and activities. There is the opportunity to travel with them on occasion too. You will manage the Principal’s social calendar and diary, members clubs and restaurant reservations, events and personal shopping and be very ‘in the know’ of ‘What’s On’ in London. Whilst this is very much a private role, you must have experience working at the same level for a C-Suite or similar Principal from within a corporate and home environment.
