Job Description

Role: Personal Assistant/Nanny

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 10.00am – 7.00pm

Location: Turnham Green, West London

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 gross per annum (DOE)

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a Personal Assistant/Nanny for a private family in Turnham Green, West London.

\\n\\n

The role is 75% Personal Assistant duties and 25% Nanny duties. You will be working for a family of four, supporting the principal with business and household/personal administration during school hours from the home office, and caring for a 7-year-old child after school hours.

\\n\\n

This is a permanent contracted role. The hours are 10.00am to 7.00pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to travel would be a bonus.

\\n\\n

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive candidate, who has a high level of attention to detail and previous experience working in a similar role. Previous experience working in both a corporate office environment and within a private household is required.

\\n\\n

To be considered for this role it’s essential that you hold a valid driving license, and are confident driving in London as you will be required to do school runs.

\\n\\n

The salary offered will depend on qualifications, skills and previous experience.

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Making travel arrangements and booking appointments Managing household accounts Communicating with other staff Diary management Business administration Transporting the child from school, activities, and appointments Engaging the child in age-appropriate educational activities and play Helping with homework

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Be eligible to work within the UK
  • \\n\\t

  • Hold a valid passport
  • \\n\\t

  • Hold a driving license and be confident driving in London
  • \\n\\t

  • Be fluent in English Language
  • \\n\\t

  • Possess (/be willing to get) an up-to-date DBS certificate
  • \\n\\t

  • Have 5+ years of experience working in a similar role as a Personal Assistant and/or PA/Nanny
