A warm, longstanding client of the agency is seeking an experienced English-speaking Nanny / Educator to support the care and development of their three children aged 9, 7, and 5.
This is a Monday–Friday afternoon-based role, with core hours of 12:00pm to 8:00pm. Additional hours will be incorporated elsewhere in the week to make up a 50-hour working schedule.
The nanny will primarily support the youngest daughter while also helping to ensure the older boys’ after-school routines run smoothly. The role will involve:
- Accompanying the children to their activities, including sports and clubs
- Supervising homework
- Supporting their academic progress
The family would particularly value someone with a strong educational background who is confident assisting with homework, encouraging curiosity, and fostering a positive learning environment.
You will also help to keep the children organised day-to-day, including managing their clothing, wardrobes, and belongings, and ensuring everything is prepared for the following school day.
The mother is very hands-on and actively involved in the children’s daily lives, and the family would love someone who enjoys working alongside parents in a collaborative and supportive way. The household is fully staffed, including a long-standing live-in housekeeper who manages the cooking and general cleaning, so the role is focused on childcare, organisation, and educational support rather than household duties.
The family travels frequently during school holidays, including trips to Greece, Switzerland, and the Caribbean. The nanny will join the family on these trips, supporting the children with activities, outings, and daily routines. Separate accommodation will always be provided when travelling. The working hours will remain the same during travel, with overtime paid if additional hours are required.
The ideal candidate will be warm, engaging, and confident supporting school-aged children. Someone organised, proactive, and educationally minded will thrive in this role. A background in education, childcare development, or a related field would be highly advantageous.
There are no pets in the household.
