Role: HR Assistant
Location: Mayfair, London, in the office
Salary: £80,000–£120,000 GPA (DOE) full-time, pro rata for part-time, with an excellent benefits package
Working pattern: Full-time, or part-time for a minimum of three days a week
Contract: Permanent

A global investment firm is looking for an HR Assistant to join its London office.
This is a hands-on administrative and operational role rather than a strategic one, suited to someone who
enjoys keeping the detail of HR running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have some HR experience (this is not a graduate role) and be highly organised,
accurate and comfortable handling confidential information. They will be a clear, professional
communicator with a practical, supportive approach.
Duties include:
- Coordinating onboarding and maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration
- Coordinating recruitment, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence
- Supporting leaving processes and preparing routine HR correspondence
- Providing general HR administration and day-to-day support to the team
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have some HR experience (this is not a graduate role)
- Have a degree and/or strong A Levels
- Speak English fluently
- Hold the right to work in the UK
