Our client is a highly successful financier with a busy professional and family life, including children and frequent travel to the USA where they maintain homes. This role is approximately 80% business support and 20% personal support, requiring a proactive, highly organised individual who can act as a trusted right hand.

Responsibilities:- Complex diary and inbox management.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and key stakeholders.
- Managing international travel, itineraries and logistics.

- Supporting Family Office administration and projects.
- Preparing meeting materials, reports and correspondence.
- Assisting with personal appointments, family schedules and household matters.
