A warm and professional family based in Notting Hill is looking for an experienced and nurturing full-time live-in nanny to care for their three month old son. Both parents work full-time and are seeking someone confident, loving, and attentive, who genuinely enjoys supporting children's development and providing consistent and varied routine.

You will have sole charge of the baby during the day and be responsible for creating a safe, calm, and stimulating environment. Your day-to-day will include feeding, changing, bathing, and settling the baby for naps, as well as preparing and sterilising bottles and maintaining his routine as he grows. You'll support his development through age-appropriate activities and gentle interaction, and you'll take care of light nursery duties such as baby laundry and keeping the sleeping and play areas tidy and organised.

To be considered for this role, you'll need at least 8–10 years of professional nanny experience, with a strong background in infant care. A calm, warm, and intuitive nature is important, along with a confident and proactive attitude. Fluency in English is essential, and formal childcare qualifications or additional languages would be a bonus. The family has a large, friendly dog, so you'll need to be comfortable around animals though day to day dog walking would not be a requirement.

You must have an enhanced DBS check, excellent references, and the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role. Accommodation is provided in a private flat approximately 10–15 minutes' walk from the family home, offering you your own space while remaining close by.

If you would like to apply for this role, please send a full, up to date CV to nanny@poppylaneplacements.com.
