An outstanding House Manager is sought for a private residence in Kensington, West London.

Supporting a VIP Family, this is a senior, highly visible role within a fully staffed household, requiring a polished, service-driven professional with a calm, confident presence and exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will lead from the front, ensuring seamless daily operations, flawless presentation, and a consistently exceptional experience for the Principals and their guests.

You will oversee a small household team (Housekeeper, Nannies and Chef), setting service standards, managing rotas, training staff, and ensuring that every aspect of the residence runs smoothly and intuitively.

The role involves close coordination with a residential Security Team and Drivers and also requires liaising with contractors, external suppliers, and the family office to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standard. A strong aptitude for M&E and facilities management, in addition to previous handling of large refurbishment projects, is required.

A background in luxury hospitality, five-star service, combined with proven UHNW private household management experience, is highly desirable. This role would suit a candidate who is naturally service-oriented, client-focused, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional living environment at the very highest level.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have extensive experience working within UHNW or VVIP private households
  • Have proven experience managing large household teams and operations
  • Possess a strong service background, have M&E and facilities management experience and involvement with large refurbishment projects
