Our client is a highly successful financier with a busy professional and family life, including children and frequent travel to the USA where they maintain homes. This role is approximately 80% business support and 20% personal support, requiring a proactive, highly organised individual who can act as a trusted right hand.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Family Office and work closely with a dynamic and accomplished Principal in a varied, high-level support role.
Responsibilities- Complex diary and inbox management.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and key stakeholders.
- Managing international travel, itineraries and logistics.
- Liaising with lawyers, accountants and professional advisers.
- Supporting Family Office administration and projects.
- Preparing meeting materials, reports and correspondence.
- Assisting with personal appointments, family schedules and household matters.
- Handling ad hoc requests with discretion and efficiency.
- Significant EA experience supporting a CEO, Founder, Entrepreneur or UHNW Principal.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Highly discreet, professional and proactive.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
